Question: the person that reprisented you said tha darlington golf club opposit the pub the road that led to the golf clubs road is full of pot holes he said it was not owned by the council i contacted the golf club and they said that the road leading up to there road was in fact the councils

I think that you mean potholes on a private road. We are having a hard enough time (through budget cuts) to find the money to fix the pot holes we are responsible for.
