commented on 6 Oct 2010: i get bullied all the time so im saying yes… earlier today this lass in my maths class asked me if i called her a B**** when i was only talkin 2 ma mate about my back hurting so much. then me and the lass got pulled out of the lesson and I was MADE TO APPOLAGIZE to HER for any misundertanding when all she sed was soz after i said sorry for any misunderstanding.

Most certainly….. my son says that bullies get away with it because people say that reporting it makes it so much worse. Ditch the bullies I say….

Bullying is incredibly complicated. perhaps there is a bit of the bully in all of us bu I do believe that real outright bullies are people with huge problems of their own. They need help, but first they must be stopped. So it depends what you mean by punishment, they need to be controlled, certainly, and challenged and everyone must try to show zero tolerance of bullying, insschool and elsewhere.

Yes and they need to be dealt with in an appropriate manner so they realise that bullying is wrong. A victim needs to be protected and guided.

I was bullied when I was younger and when I fought back it was me how nearly got excluded. Its not fair is it. What do you think we should do to bullies, Make them clean the toilets at school might be a good punishment don’t you think.
