Question: could the council create a grafitti wall instead of letting people grafitti around town even build it in town because i have lots of friends who like to grafitti but they never get the chance because they will get caught by the police so i think that a wall would be a good iday thnxkbai :D

I seem to recall when we have had projects in the town centre that there has been a grafitti wall created. There was also
exhibition bmx which was really cool!!!!
