Yes I think you are probably right. Advertising is good but expensive far better the money being spent on doing stuff instead of talking about it. \There is a text system telling YP about activities and the dolphin, town hall and the arts centre have leaflets informing what is around!
The best and cheapest way to advertise at the moment is on the net. The council and the youth service do have sites that you can access to find out what’s going on.
We deffinatly need to let young people what is going on for them in Darlington. From the young people I have spoken to this past week 90% did not know half of what was on for them in the summer holidays. I would like young people to get involved in how we get the message out there.
