Wishes my Grandma used to say are like pie crusts easlily broken. We have to be realistic and try to have the best we can provide for the smallest cost. The council is having to save millions over the next few years so we have to save lots of money. Even if we had all the money in the world some people would say it was not enough. If I did have endless amounts I would make sure there was enough to feed the world! Seems terrbible when some people argue over which pair of shoes to buy when some little mite does not have any food.
I would make sure that every child in the world had a safe warm place to live and that they had enough food and clean water. Sadly many children in the world don’t have any of these basics that we all take for granted.
Firstly I would make sure that children who are starving get fed, Then I would make sure you all got a good education that was geared to you and your abilities. Then I would make sure there was pleanty of things to do when not at school, Ice rink, bowling allies , amusement park, great sport facilities (for all types of sport from running, swimming, cycling and any less known types of sports like lacrosse and polo) I then would make sure there was a great arena for groups, bands and comedians to perform. I think that would do for day one.
I think I would look beyond Europe and save all the street children of India and South America – just for a start. There are some very tragic situations.
